Bronle Crosby is a realist oil painter who lives and works in San Diego, CA. Her artistic goal is to invoke quiet and contemplation of the extraordinary beauty in the ordinary. She focuses on betweens: the moment before the dew drop falls; the brief, potent encounter between blossom and bee; the widening ripple after the raindrop splashes down.
When she is not in the studio, Bronle teaches drawing and painting. She is also an executive board member of ArtReach San Diego – a non-profit that brings hands-on art programs into schools that have no access to the arts.
